Pre-Order Shipping

All items sold on our website are pre-order items, unless otherwise stated. 

Please allow up to 6 weeks (42 days) from the date of your order is placed for production, processing, and fulfillment. This time frame does not include shipping transit time. 

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistic factors.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once you order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to reflect carrier activity. 


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping times may vary depending on:

- Your location
- The shipping method selected at checkout
- The carrier handling your package

Delivery timelines are in addition to the pre-order production window and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wraith is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 

Wraith is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to sender due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


International Shipping 

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
